9. Use System Recovery Options

  1. Go to Search, type System Properties and open System Properties.
  2. Go to System Protection and click on System Restore.
  3. Click Next and select the desired restore point in the new window.
  4. After selecting the desired restore point, click Next and select Done.
  5. Your computer will restart and the recovery process will begin.

Once the process is complete, try refreshing the computer to see if the problem persists.
