Microsoft has released a new cumulative update KB4592438 (OS build 19041.685 and build 19042.685) for devices with the latest versions of Windows 10 2004 and 20H2. There is also a new update KB4592449 for Windows 10 November 2019 Update, this update is also applicable for Windows 10 May 2019 Update. Since both versions of Windows 10 1903 and 1909 are based on a common basic operating system and an identical set of system files. The installation of KB4592449 removes the operating system numbers 18362.1256 and 18363.1256, a patch for various vulnerabilities.
KB4592438 for Windows 10 2004
The latest version of Windows 10 KB4592438 is automatically downloaded and installed after connecting your device to a Microsoft server. To apply the update, all you have to do is restart your computer.
To manually download and install Windows 10 build 19041.630, open Settings > Updates and Security and check for updates.
When installing the latest security update KB4592438, change the Windows 10 build number build 19041.685 and build 19042.685 (you can check and confirm this with the winver command).

Windows 10, versions 1903 and 1909 have a common operating system kernel and an identical set of system files. As a result, new features for Windows 10, version 1909, have been included in the latest monthly quality update for Windows 10, version 1903. Microsoft noticed this.
The 1909 and 1903 versions of Windows 10 get the same patches, here are the most important ones,
