- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Click on your profile picture in the top left corner.
- Click on your name and email address in the Account section.
- Select the country/region in the account settings.
- Press the Change Country or Region button.
- Scroll down and select the United States as your country.
- Click on I accept the conditions.
- Select the payment method as No.
