  yall need 2 really calm down when
  u cant get sumthin
  done….its yo fault so y u

  website….there could be a
  couple problems wit ur
  psp…

  1st) ur firmware is not
  updated….if not go to
  settings and scroll to the top
  and from there u should get it.

  2nd) u dnt have the right folder
  for themes. there are 2 ways this
  might not work…
  – click on da psp
  folder and create a new folder
  and name THEME….no S jus
  THEME.

  – if dat doesnt
  work…dnt click on da psp
  folder and make a folder right
  there and name it da same thing.

  when that is done…click
  download…and make sure it
  downloads str8 to ur psp/theme
  folder….

  .rar…not .ptf…so i
  dnt understand y its like dat.

  just got to system settings then
  go to format memory stick its
  going to tell you that all your
  memory will be deleted just save
  your saved games or folders to ur
  desktop and one its formated put
  it back in then plug it in to usb
  then go to psp then go to theme
  and put it there and ur done.:D

  Download files, once downloaded
  use your USB connection on your
  PSP. Once in there, check to see
  that you have a theme file in
  your PSP folder. If you dont,
  make one. Once you made one, add
  the .PTF files into the them
  folder. Make sure you extract any
  files from downloaded files
  before placing them in your them
  folder. Once in your them folder,
  log off from USB and go to
  setting than scroll down to theme
  settings. Press X and at custom
  theme press X and it will show
  your the files you downloaded.
  Pick the one you like and press
  add and thats it!

  Ok to download these themes click
  the download sign and then make a
  folder on you PSP folder calledd
  THEME in caps and then drag your
  themes in there..

  it does work but you have to
  connect you psp to your computer
  then go to my computer then click
  on removable disk then psp then
  theme and save it under theme.
  then on ur psp go to yourn
  settings section on your psp and
  choose your theme
