first connect your psp on your PC
then go to removable disk then
open psp file then you make a
folder named THEME make sure you
use capital letters then you
download the theme. drag it to
THEME folder on psp file then
close the windows open themes
setting on your psp and the theme
is there for the video open you

download PSP themes''

folder in the PSP folder
