Hope it helps :) this is how to put the theme:

2) Copy
3) Connect the psp to computer
using USB connector
4) When the psp is already on USB
mode, open usb drive
5) Find the folder named PSP
6) inside the folder, open THEME
folder.
7) Paste the theme you
downloaded.
