  connect psp to computer , open it
  , click psp folder , then theme
  folder and save it in there

  to download this freagin shit:
  1.) u need to click the freagin
  download icon under the theme!!!
  2.) connect ur freagin psp to ur
  freagin computer then open my
  computer then find the removable
  disk and freagin open it!!!
  3.) click the freagin psp folder
  then open freagin themes!!!
  4.) then find ur freagin theme\s
  that u downloaded then copy it to
  the freagin themes folder!!!
  5.) then disconnect ur freagin
  psp from ur computer!!!
  6.) then open ur freagin psp and
  go to settings and find theme
  settings!!!
  7.) open it dimwit!!! then select
  theme then pic ur freagin
  them!!!!!!!!!!!!

  what you do is to right-click the
  download button, then select
  “Save target as” or
  “save link as”

  this is how to put the theme:

  1) Download the theme
  2) Copy
  3) Connect the psp to computer
  using USB connector
  4) When the psp is already on USB
  mode, open usb drive
  5) Find the folder named PSP
  6) inside the folder, open THEME
  folder.
  7) Paste the theme you
  downloaded.

  it works on me everytime. Hope it

  Disconnect usb
  9) In psp, choose Settings, then
  Theme settings.
  10) Open
  11) Choose the theme you
  downloaded (its supposed to be in
  there now)
  12) Apply.

  site than go to the thing that
  says download, dont click it,
  press ur triangle button and go 2
  file than click save link
  target. ^@^
