  on the memory card go into the
  folder named psp and create a
  folder called THEME put the
  themes in there they then should
  work.

  use a program like winrar then
  extract the ptf file then put it
  in the memory stick.

  How to install theme: Place
  theme.p3t file in X:/PSP/THEME/
  folder and select theme from
  XMB->Settings->Themes
  X is your psp USB or PSP media
  card

  the files in the rar is not a PFT
  file. it only has folders with
  .rco and .bmp file. no pft.
